IGEA regards gender equality as a necessity and sees it as the most important element of its working principles. In this context, IGEA has prepared a Gender Equality Plan to show its seriousness and sensitivity in eliminating all kinds of Inequality and Discrimination in any environment.
IGEA firmly believes that gender equality is not just a fundamental human right, but a necessary foundation for a peaceful, prosperous and sustainable world.
IGEA wholeheartedly supports the universal dissemination of Gender Equality and believes in achieving strong equality, particularly in the following areas;
– End all forms of discrimination against all women and girls everywhere,
– Ensuring women’s full and effective participation in decision-making processes at all levels of political, economic and public life and equal opportunities for leadership,
– Eliminate all forms of violence against all women and girls in the public and private sphere, including human trafficking, sexual and other forms of exploitation,
