The second training programme of YES training series was Leadership, Teams and Collaboration which was held on 15-16-17th of August!
The main aims of Leadership, Teams and Collaboration training were understanding about leadership in a small team, how to manage it, communicate and develop, and provide some understanding about the importance of collaboration and networking.
In addition to all of these, the programme content not only includes leadership skills but also personal values in a group and organization which helps participants to understand values that are needed in organizational works and develop a team.
The training lasted 3 full days and at the end, the participants provided leadership skills and a certificate of participation.
