Upcoming Woman Project Piloting Session

The project UPCOMING WOMEN – “Low skilled women’ empowerment through global competence and mentorship” – is funded by the European Commission under the Erasmus+ programme, KA2 – Strategic Partnerships for adult education and it involves 6 partners from different countries: Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, Portugal, Greece and Turkey.

It has been designed to empower and upskill low-skilled women and vulnerable women in order for them to become more globally competitive, thereby increasing their social and labor inclusion and promoting gender equality.

IGEA examined PR1 and PR2. The project results were tested and evaluated with target groups as part of the piloting process, which was designed specifically to give participants from the partner organization the opportunity to transfer their knowledge and skills to other professionals, test and evaluate the project results, and collect and incorporate participant feedback to improve the project results.
