Leadership, Teams and Collaboration is the 2nd programme of YES Training Series by IGEA. Leadership, Teams and Collaboration are essentials skills to develop effective personality, maintain network and culture in organisation and at work.

In this training programme, there are some main aims need to be achieved such as:

Understanding about leadership in a small team.

Understanding how to manage, communicate and develop a small team.

Provide some understanding about the importance of collaboration and networking.

Understand how to manage ideas and/or projects in a more organised workflow.
