Role & responsibilities:
You will demonstrate and develop your ability to:
* Support Project implementation, including coordination of current partnerships
* Follow and manage project timetables, identifying implementation risks, working on develop solutions
* Prepare and submit Monitoring Reports directly to responsible Project Manager
* Support communication with third parties and stakeholders during project implementation
* Help in organising project events
* Help in organising project trainings
* Develop and give presentations
Requirements:
To qualify for the role, you must have:
* Academic background with a Bachelor or/and a Master’s degree, preferably in Social Sciences, Natural Sciences and European Studies
* Good English language skills (verbal and written) – Minimum Intermediate level
* Project management experience is preferred
* Responsibility, consistency, and adherence to strict deadlines
* Excellent command of MS Office (mainly Excel and Word, but also Teams & Sharepoint Collaboration)
* Administrative, organizational, and communication skills
* Organized, team player but also able to think and work independently
