Empowering Women Empowering Society
Women play a critical role in the development of society. As a result, their full engagement is required to build a powerful society.Women can attain their greatest potential when they live in a safe, joyful, and productive environment.Women and girls gain opportunity to stand up for their rights and advocate for their communities when they are encouraged. They can also improve their social position, which they can pass down to future generations. They may contribute their abilities to the workforce while also raising happier and healthier kids. They can also contribute to the development of sustainable economies, as well as benefit society and mankind as a whole.
Education is a crucial aspect of this empowerment. Girls who receive an education can eventually pursue meaningful work and contribute to their society. When they have eight years of education, they are also four times less likely to marry young, implying that they and their families are healthier.Really, education only helps to meet all these to women in the society. It also ensures that women grow up with knowledge of the world, ability for critical thinking and practical skills which lead to self- confidence and self-respect. So education is a mile-stone for women empowerment because it enables them to respond to opportunities, to challenge the traditional roles and to change their lives (Meera and Jumana, 2015).
It is critical to create an environment in which women can seek knowledge and information at their own pace in order to make their own decisions. Women’s advancement benefits everyone in society, including men. Exploiting women’s boundless potential is not just the right thing to do, but it’s also the smart thing to do.
World is becoming quite complex and it is changing rapidly. It is critical to cultivate global competency in order to manage this difficult environment. In addition to being educated, women’s global competence will have a very important role in coping with their vulnerabilities, inequality and the complexity of today’s world. This is why it is significant to provide support to vulnerable and low-skilled women. The UPCOMING WOMEN project aims to solve this and create opportunities for women to modify their life so that they can reach their full potential and deal with difficulties when they encounter. The UPCOMING WOMEN project will also support low-skilled women’s global competency in order to help them achieve full involvement in all areas of society.
